Come down to Budding Writers for a great experience. We are a secondhand bookstore, a cafe and a popular writers hang out. If you’re looking to connect with fellow writers and book lovers, you can easily do that at our store over hot coffee and a lunch at our store located in the heart of the beautiful city of Vancouver city.
Our Bookstore
Our second-hand bookstore offers a wide variety of books. We house over 100,000 books with more than 50 categories, ranging from fiction, autobiographies, science, history, mysteries and poetry. If you’re a book-lover, come down to our store Budding Writers Bookstore Cafe, and take in that beautiful paper book smell. Our Cafe
Check out our cafe while you’re at our store. Our coffee is freshly ground on site, and we have a full menu for breakfast and lunches, with many of our ingredients locally sourced. Our Events
Budding Writers has a number of events happening all year-round, everything from writing classes, to author book signings and readings, to hosting your own event! Some of your favourite authors might be coming down for a reading, or book signing so don’t miss out!
